SOLD IN SOUL FOR $1,100,000

The revitalisation of Hunter Street Mall blends old and new beautifully. The streetscape is characterised by heritage façades, broad sidewalks, and high-ceilinged commercial spaces at ground level, with luxury residences above.

The newly completed Soul at 153 Hunter St retains the Art Deco-inspired façade of the Soul Pattinson building. Local architects CKDS Architecture drew inspiration for the new build from the heritage façade’s unique geometry and brick pattern. Specifically, the “windows and the way that the façade has this triangulation or this ripple to it” (Director Stuart Campbell).

Last week Green St Property sold 407/153 Hunter St, Newcastle in the Soul Apartments for $1,100,000 (2 Bed | 2 Bath | 1 Car).
