Starting her journey in Property Management, Kathy quickly demonstrated a natural ability to navigate the demands of a fast-paced environment with professionalism, empathy, and precision.

In 2022, she transitioned into her role as Office Manager and Accounts Administrator, where she became a cornerstone of the Green St team. Building on that success, Kathy has recently stepped into her new role as Operations Manager, where she now leads the coordination and continual improvement of our internal systems, processes, and team operations.

Her background in property management has given her a well-rounded perspective, allowing her to support our team and clients with insight and care. Kathy uses her experience to everyone’s advantage—ensuring that owners, residents, contractors, and colleagues all feel heard, valued, and supported.
