Dedicated attention to detail is what sets a winning real estate agent apart from the pack and Peter Aloupis lives by this philosophy.

Back in his training days, his sales signs were erected with geometric precision! Fast forward to today and it’s this attention to detail that has guided Peter Aloupis into the successful independent real estate agency that it is today.

Peter attributes his business acumen from his parents who ran a successful and well respected family bakery business within New Lambton, Newcastle.

Testing out a different market places of real estate, Peter commenced his career at Peter Cunningham Mayfield and Charlestown for 5 years then went onto servicing more the inner city landscape with Dowling Real Estate at The Junction, before taking a totally different route. He joined forces with a property development company and dealt with project management and construction, council approvals, and land acquisition.

In his spare time, Peter was working towards earning his real estate license with the view of creating his own independent agency. He realised this vision in 2001 and has since worked tirelessly within the Newcastle community to develop the trust and reputation that Solid Property Services has held till today in 2017.

The next chapter with Green St Property is exciting beyond belief and further confirms Peters commitment to constantly working on the evolving real estate landscape and the brand he upholds.

David Johns

Position, position, position might be a worthy mantra for most agents, but David Johns has his own ’three p’s’ of real estate: passion, professionalism and persistence. This adage has seen David successfully navigate over four decades in the industry.

Indeed, his real estate family tree stretches back to 1931 when his grandfather opened shop in Mayfield.

David is a lifetime Newcastle resident, having married and raised twin sons here. David has a great community attitude having been involved with Rotary for over 30 years.

Taking pleasure in everything the area has to offer, he enjoys being a Grandad, travelling, bike riding, camping, gardening and early morning walks. ’I really love working with people and I still get an enormous kick out of selling residential real estate’ he says and confirms that after working in Mayfield for so many years, he now enjoys servicing his long-held clients through Green St Property Sales.

Dan Hawkins

Coming from a sporting background, Dan learnt straight away that hard work and dedication is the only way to achieve your goals and he has put this same method into his real estate career.

It is important to Dan to build and maintain relationships and is a strong believer in supporting his clients through the whole sales process when selling their property. He has a passion for all things renovating and real estate.

Dan is enjoying living in Newcastle since relocating with his family over 6 years ago for a better lifestyle. He is excited in the future growth of the area.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his partner and two little girls. He likes to keep fit and active, cooking, discovering new cafes, going on family ‘mini-breaks’ and heads to one of the many beautiful Newcastle beaches on his days off for a swim.

Bringing 10 years of customer service experience and a background in both marketing and styling, Samara is detail oriented and brings a fresh and proficient approach essential to the effective and efficient operations here at Green St Property Sales.

From setting up new listings and managing their marketing campaigns to overseeing the sale process through to sold, Samara will ensure our client’s needs are first priority and their expectations surpassed every step of the way.

After living in multiple countries and traveling far and wide, Samara has found home here in Newcastle and a genuine passion for servicing her community’s property needs.

Janene Hayes

Bubbly and dedicated is how Janene likes to describe herself. She is a person who delivers a high work ethic with strong moral values each and every time. Janene has recently been promoted to Accounts Manager.

Janene has comes to our team from a finance background, her previous employment has provided both professional and personal satisfaction as she was able to find a combined passion of finance and customer service.

Siobhan Maybury

Although new to the real estate industry, Siobhan is excited to see where her career with Green St Property will take her.

Amanda is ready for the launch into our next chapter of our business Green St Property.

Amanda's role as Chief Operating Officer is here to help nurture, grow and protect the business and the team.

Amanda’s experience has come from working at her father’s podiatry practice, as Practice Manager, and working in the financial sector here in Newcastle, as well as London and Sydney.

Amanda has a Diploma in Practice Management and Advanced Certificate in Accounting, which she has achieved throughout her career. Amanda was awarded Practice Manager of the Year 2009 in NSW.

Amanda loves being with her tribe of kids, getting to the beach, walking and taking holidays.

Iolanda Gow

With a career beginning in Sydney in her early 20’s, Iolanda has established herself as a business owner with a great reputation in and around the Newcastle Area. Iolanda’s dream became reality when in October 2007, with only a few clients, Elite Property Management opened its doors for business.

In 2015 Iolanda set her sights even higher and reached another milestone when the decision to work under the same roof with an independent sales company was made. She made this move so she was able to assist investors to grow their portfolios, as well as ensure that residents have an equally positive experience whilst maintaining the Specialist field of Property Management.

Iolanda is experienced in growing all sectors of the Property Management company to make it a dynamic and progressive organisation. She is committed to building and retaining a highly-skilled, client focused team and providing them with the opportunities to advance their knowledge base.

Aside from Iolanda’s passion for Property Management, her pastime is spent enjoying quality time with her family, including a husband and 2 young children, teaching martial arts, entertaining & being outdoors.

She is a multiple property investor and believes property investment is a financially rewarding. Clients find her professional, self motivated and positive these trait’s make her someone you would enjoy doing business with.

With over 8 years’ experience in the Property Industry, Shae has progressed from Reception, Strata Manager Assistant to her current position as a Portfolio Manager.

Shae thrives on the dynamic, fast-paced environment of Property Management, efficiently dealing with all of the daily challenges that her busy role presents. Innovative and proactive, she prides herself on a high level of customer service and going the extra mile to make things easier for her clients and ensure tenancies run smoothly.

Danny de Carvalho

Danny started work in the family Real Estate Agency de Carvalho & Co in 1974. He worked in all facets of the business including residential sales, property management, sub-division land sales, commercial and Industrial sales and management which included managing The Thornton Mall and The Junction Village Centre.

He sold the business in 2000 and has worked in real estate as a salesperson and property manager. His roles included managing a portfolio of 80 Large Industrial properties in NSW and Qld.

Danny has a sensational partner in Maxine and 3 adult siblings. In his spare time he enjoys walking for fitness, daily surfs, the odd game of golf, and watching all forms of sport on TV.

Jake Stojcevski

Jake has recently joined Green St Property Management as the new leasing consultant. He brings with him several years of experience in the property industry in both Sydney and Newcastle and is excited to get stuck into this new chapter in his career.

Jake is very passionate about helping every possible resident find their new home. He is an extremely dedicated individual who has an extensive knowledge of the database and will go that extra mile to get the job done.

Jake also strives to build strong relationships with each and every owner to achieve the best outcome for their property.

Outside of work, Jake spends a lot of time on his health and fitness, volunteers at the John Hunter Children’s Hospital and on weekends he likes to head to the beach and try all the latest cafes and restaurants with friends.
